INTRODUCTION
We are PUNE TOOLING HUB Association and its 250 toolroom companies want to come together to build a common facility for all its members in and around Pune since tooling being mother industry develops tools and dies for all manufacturing purposes .This needs lots of high tech process and machines, also very high level of skillset therefore since all investment cannot be done by any individual company .We want to come together and pool our resources to make tools and dies to fulfill India’s requirement and export the tools to the globe and grow together by creating this ECOSYSTEM of tooling companies in Pune.
Until and unless Government supports this Mother industry dream of becoming truly Atmanirbhar or Make in India will not be achieved since to produce any kind of parts tools are required and without a strong tooling ecosystem no manufacturing country can achieve its goal . we want to contribute to Make in India as well export the tools globally .This will be one of its kind model in India wherein all MSMEs come together build this HUB and become globally competitive .
World wide all strong AUTO making countries have strong tooling industry India is only country where we are number 3 in world in Automotive and number 12 in tooling production.
